Follow That Cloud Sky Watch Friday ...
I take all of my photographs in color these days but some of them are just meant to be black and white. I followed this amazing cloud two weeks ago, shooting around it as much as I possibly could. This one was taken at Lake Pelican near the end of the road we live on. It's in a show that will be up during the month of September at the Goss Opera House. It's called "Too Soon Moon" ... I love my job.

That is an amazing cloud shot. the moon actually looks like a man's face in it.
ReplyDeleteThe Man in the Moon looks a little worried, Laurie! Great B & W!
ReplyDeletebeautiful ♥ black and white was such a great creative decision!
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect job you have! Capturing the beauty everyday must make you see things in a different light and I don't just mean from a creative standpoint.
ReplyDeleteThis photo is great in black and white. I like that you captured the moon with clouds adrift around it. Lovely shot!
That big ol' moon was just begging to be photographed!
ReplyDeleteSKY SO HIGH
Sky so high,
Sky so blue,
Tell me why
I love you.

Hi Laurie! I've been loving all of these cloud photos. They can really be amazing.
ReplyDeleteAnother beauty, great shots.
ReplyDeleteThis is a terrific photo. That seems like such a tropical cloud -- like something I used to see in Florida.
ReplyDeleteI agree that some fotos are just meant to be in BnW! They may not bring out the colors but often they bring out the detail better.
