On any given day the sky here is very entertaining and I take my camera with me everywhere. Most days I end up with photos that speak to me. When I look up I usually see one form of God or another. Another would be Mother Nature. They are one and the same for me ... I think.
This cloud was the only cloud in the sky earlier this week ... most unusual. Works for God. Works for Mother Nature. Works for me. You can go around the world today with other people's skies at http://www.skyley.blogspot.com.
Nice photo and description :)
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful & refreshing to see a sky that blue right now!!!
ReplyDeleteWorks for me too. Very nice photo. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Tricia. our sky is dripping wet fog that freezes when caught - 4 days or so now.
ReplyDeleteWow, Laurie - I really like the composition of this SkyWatch photo! That blue sky is so strong and I love the bare branches off to the side.
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by my blog and commenting. I have quite a variety of old music on my playlist and I just had to have my Aqualung!
I imagine with those lovely blue skies came bitter cold temperatures. Nothing at night to keep the warmer temps around. After a week of dense fog where I live, I'd welcome the chance to see the blue sky.
ReplyDeleteNice picture!
I love shooting the sky through bushes, trees, grass. Very nice!
